Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager to meet the full range of contractual management associated with project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling a larger IT-focused support contract. This includes the management and oversight of AMERICAN SYSTEMS personnel and subcontractors to ensure all program objectives and requirements are being met. Your management skills shoals also include the ability to work closely with the Government Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead and Project Managers. You will work closely with the Government team to ensure our delivery remains on schedule and within budget.

Deliver weekly and monthly status reports that provide programmatic and financial updates that include detailed metrics and financial summaries
Be responsible for all formal contract deliverables
A week in the life of a Program Manager:
Provide project management, planning and coordination
Provide Information Assurance (IA) oversight, project management and logistics support for all tasks
Establishing, hosting, and scheduling monthly financial reviews with the Government.
Establishing, scheduling and hosting scrum calls with contractor and Government personnel as required and provide support for the Program Manager Reviews (PMRs).
Providing all needed program documentation to include - meeting minutes associated with all reviews and planning sessions; document and update standard operating procedures,
Manage all personnel aspects of the team to include - compliance with our established communication plan; tracking, monitoring, and ensuring contractor personnel Common Access Cards (CACs) are renewed prior to expiration date; communicating to the Government within 24 hours issues impacting contractor personnel security clearances and performance; responding to and providing plans of action for contractor personnel performance issues
Job Requirements
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or IT management-related field with a minimum fifteen (15) years of experience.
Active Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent DAWIA certification
IAM Level I (CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISPP) or IAM Level II (CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO, HCISSP)
Minimum 5 years of experience in DOD contracting, to include management of programs to include leadership positions of increasing responsibility.
Experience managing technical scope on contracts with multiple, simultaneous tasks
Experience with complex technical programs to include design, fielding and training
Experience managing and balancing prime and subcontract skill mix while ensuring coverage and corporate financial goals are met or exceeded.
Experience with programs that have delivered Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) in such diverse areas as system design, engineering, hardening, implementation, and operations of Information Technology Systems (ITS) across various government organizations at local and enterprise level
Experience in areas such as software engineering, systems engineering, enterprise cybersecurity implementations and operations, advanced technology, and project management services
Familiar with newer technologies and/or concepts such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML), Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), Agile, and 5G
Demonstrated experience managing programs/teams with a $50M to $100M value
