ITC is located in Fairfax, VA and offers outstanding compensation and benefits plan and a challenging and rewarding professional work environment.ITC is seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) be a member of our Law Enforcement Services and Information Sharing (LESIS) team supporting our customer at the Department of Justice. This will provide day to day support to Tribal agencies under DOJ's Tribal Access Program for National Crime Information (TAP)Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Law Enforcement Services and Information Sharing (LESIS) Section serves as the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Systems Agency (CSA) for hundreds of DOJ, as well as other Federal and Tribal public safety agencies and entities. It is responsible for establishing and administering an information technology security program across its User Agencies while providing the technical capabilities to access national crime information systems for authorized criminal and non-criminal justice purposes.Responsibilities

Each BRM serves as TAP liaison for approximately 25 Tribes and is responsible for providing timely updates to all stakeholders including DOJ management as well as the DOJ TAP funding partners. There are currently 149 Tribes participating in TAP with additional Tribes selected annually

Building relationships with all organizations within the Tribe; remote and onsite training; dissemination of all training and communications; assistance in filling out Tribal policy documentation; audit support; as needed dispatch support during system outages; coordination of onsite installation of hardware and softwareProvides account management of approximately 60 accounts per Tribe. Includes: Creating/removing CSAT, NCIC certification, LEEP accounts, account management for JABS, CAS and JWIN, as well as internal tracking in Microsoft DynamicsHosts and presents onsite and remote 30+ monthly large group meetings, webinars and one on one training eventsTravel to Tribes to train on-site at least 1 week a month to build relationships and invigorate use of the TAP provided technology and softwareWork with Tribal agencies including law enforcement, probation and parole, housing, human resources, social services, courts, child protection, and corrections facilitiesQualifications

Experience with supporting hardware and software deployments, training curriculum and development, end user training requirements; meeting milestones and deliverables.Customer service and program analyst experienceThis is a fully remote position that requires the ability to manage time individually while ensuring management requirements are met and Tribal requests are met. Strong background in Microsoft Teams, ability with computers and time management.Prefer at least 5 years of experience that includes: An understanding of law enforcement, courts, social services, housing, human resources, probation and parole, corrections, or child protectionMicrosoft skills - Word, Excel, developing Power Point presentations for senior level executives, developing training presentations.Experience with Share PointOrganized, Self-starterAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and oral communication skillsCustomer service and relationship building experienceTrainer/faculty/presenter experienceNice To Have:Experience with Criminal Justice Environment, Law Enforcement Services. (NCIC, NGI, N-DEx, NICS, CJIS Security Policy, non-criminal justice agencies, NLETS)Understanding of and experience applying the CJIS Security PolicyKnowledge of FBI CJIS organization and structure for each CJIS SystemIn-depth knowledge of the CJIS Security PolicyExperience working with federally recognized tribesWillingness to learn and desire to work with underserved populationsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and five+ years of related experience.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Travel will be required (up to 25% during peak times).SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Ability to obtain a DOJ public trust clearance; candidate selected will be subject to a Government Public Trust security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to the customer's systems.
