The successful candidate will be the primary contact for operational service-related escalations, ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class client experience. This role involves creating collaborative relationships with clients, leading the resolution of operational and service issues, and acting as an advocate for clients within the business. The VP and Account Manager will also be responsible for setting standards for exceptional client service, leading client service reviews, and soliciting and acting on client feedback to continuously improve service delivery. Applicants should have a BS/BA degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience, a strong background in global financial institutions, and a comprehensive understanding of securities services products. The role requires a strong customer focus, the ability to build trust with clients and senior leaders, and a proven track record in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, a self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, and have the ability to lead cost-saving initiatives and manage operational risks.
