The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting key processes and projects to implement the firm's risk appetite and limit framework. This global initiative involves a wide range of stakeholders and activities, and the role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives related to risk appetite and limits, including cross-pillar initiatives on risk and controls. The VP will work closely with enterprise risk management teams, 1LOD and 2LOD risk categories, and business teams to ensure collaboration and achieve desired outcomes. Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of risk appetite processes, leading control initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance the connection between risk appetite processes and other ERM initiatives. Applicants should have 5-8 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a preference for those in risk management, product management, or strategy roles. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in executing strategic projects for a large organization, the ability to learn processes quickly, and a strong sense of accountability. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills with a focus on collaboration.
