SummaryThe Sales Director plays a key role in the growth and future of the club. The primary objective of the Sales Director is to cultivate and convert prospects into members. Many activities are necessary to achieve this objective, and all of them are aimed at the successful promotion of the club, the ability to identify opportunities, and then develop them into results.CompensationA successful employee in this position will typically make between $80,000-$120,000 per year, and higher compensation can be reached as well with higher sales performance up to $200,000Primary ResponsibilitiesSales. The Sales Director is responsible for membership sales, and success in the position is measured by the number of prospects converted into members. Responsibilities include:Prospecting. Qualified prospects may be identified independently or through various tools provided by Freedom Supercars. These include email campaigns, direct mail, partnerships, referral systems, advertising, walk-ins, and website inquiries among other means. Personal initiative and creativity should be used to cultivate prospective members.Sales. The Sales Director will foster relationships with qualified prospects through consistent follow-up and positive interactions that cumulate with membership sales. It is imperative that the Sales Director practice consistent follow-up and have positive interactions that reflect well on the company.Marketing . The Sales Director is responsible for successfully promoting Freedom Supercars. Participation and assistance with the planning and coordination of various events and activities is essential for developing relationships with prospective members. Typical marketing events include:Open House Events at Freedom Supercars. Participate in and encourage prospect attendance for regularly held open house events at Freedom Supercars.Co-Marketing Events. Strive to coordinate regular co-marketing events at other locations where the club has the opportunity to meet with the marketing partners clients with vehicles on display - this is an effective networking event for new prospects.DrivingEvents. Assist with planning and coordination of regular driving events which are used as a closing opportunities with qualified prospects.Member Event Nights. Assist with planning and coordination of regular Member Event Nights that are held for members, guest and qualified prospects (IE. karting night, special night at some location for launch, slot car racing night, poker tournament night, or some special tasting event).Charity Events. Attend charity events where we are participating with a car on display the events typically are attended by our target demographic and are used to generate sales prospects.Business Development . Cultivating business opportunities and promoting Freedom Supercars will require activities including, but not limited to the following:Creating and managing a Referral Network that includes other luxury businesses/dealers who share similar clientele demographics. For instance, luxury car, boat and airplane dealers would fall into one category of brokers, while luxury hotel concierges and similarly positioned individuals could make up another. The Sales Director will develop a program with participants of the Referral Network to promote Freedom Supercars in such a way as to increase membership.Developing relationships with charitable and other types of organizations where mutual benefits can be achieved is a viable method of generating prospects. This includes holding special events for such organizations at the club and/or participating in other events such as silent or live auctions.Identifying and pursuing other marketing and advertising opportunities with high-end retailers and other similar businesses where Freedom Supercars can participate in promotions and gain additional exposure and branding.Other Responsibilities .Client Relation BuildingMember OnboardingAll Other Duties as Assigned : The Sales Director will be expected to participate in other projects/and/or activities and be of assistance to other team members whenever requested.Qualifications5 years specific sales & marketing experienceKnowledge of high-performance vehiclesStrong professional image & communication skillsExperience in high-end environments such as private clubs, resorts, hotels or high-end restaurant management would be a plusStrong social skills that allow for excellent interactions with prospects and membersSales GoalMinimum of 2-3 membership sales per monthCompensationA successful employee in this position will typically make between $80,000-$125,000 per year.Employees that succeed expectations will have the opportunity to make anywhere from $120,000 to $200,000Job Types: Full-time, Contract
