The role you’ll contribute:
The Finance Manager is responsible for preparation and review of monthly financial statements and various financial reports.
As a member of the financial services team, the Finance Manager collaborates with administration and associates to meet customer needs and expectations in a patient focused and healing environment.
Other areas of responsibility and focus include, pro forma development, balance sheet management, and annual tax preparation.
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business and 3-5 years relevant experience.

Assists and guides other accountants in achieving goals of the department and hospital.

Completes specific analysis to keep management informed of monthly activity.
·
Serves as a resource to other departments, managers, and others within the system on accounting issues.
·
Verifies all documents and spreadsheets for accuracy before distribution.
·
Prepares quarterly balance sheet reconciliation’s.
