Find whole-person care, dedicated teams and staff, and a wide variety of medical services, all at our hospital in Shawnee Mission, Kansas.The role youll contribute:The Finance Manager is responsible for preparation and review of monthly financial statements and various financial reports. As a member of the financial services team, the Finance Manager collaborates with administration and associates to meet customer needs and expectations in a patient focused and healing environment. Other areas of responsibility and focus include, pro forma development, balance sheet management, and annual tax preparation. Typically requires a bachelors degree in accounting or business and 3-5 years relevant experience.The value youll bring to the team:Assists and guides other accountants in achieving goals of the department and hospital.Completes specific analysis to keep management informed of monthly activity.Serves as a resource to other departments, managers, and others within the system on accounting issues.Verifies all documents and spreadsheets for accuracy before distribution.Prepares quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.QualificationsThe expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :Bachelors Degree2 to 5 Years of Position-Related Experienceo CPA
