The VP will also be involved in asset management across various strategies, such as value add, development, and core plus, and must be adept at leasing and managing third-party brokers, property operations, budgeting, and ensuring lender compliance. Key qualifications for the role include over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, with a significant focus on the industrial asset class, and a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will be based in Orange County and be willing to travel regularly within Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, and Northern California. The position demands a professional who can work closely with in-house property and development management teams to maintain high standards for the assets and is comfortable with the responsibilities of the role, including managing construction and capital expenditure budgets.
