Senior-level administrative experience is essential, and experience as a current Head of School is highly valued. Proven achievements in strategic planning and collaboration with spiritual leaders are necessary. This role also requires a leader who can maintain the school's esteemed reputation, ensure steady enrollment, and uphold a strong financial position in a competitive educational landscape.
