As a General Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for driving and leading the performance management of all key initiatives and projects in the Local Procurement area, across multiple categories of spend and cross functionally across the wider GSK business, to ensure the delivery of key business objectives and benefits.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of procurement strategies across diverse categories of spend, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing value creation. Drive end-to-end category management, including sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiations, focusing on cost optimization, quality, and compliance. Collaborate closely with global category teams, ensuring local business needs are met while leveraging global buying power. Manage large-scale, cross-functional procurement projects, utilizing data-driven insights to inform sourcing strategies and contract management. Maintain deep market and supplier knowledge, proactively mitigating risks and identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements. Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure procurement aligns with business goals and strategic initiatives. Why you?Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of procurement or category management experience while leading sourcing and negotiation initiatives. Project management skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders while delivering on complex projects. Experience in data analysis and generating performance metrics to inform decision-making. Experience in industries such as Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, or Consumer Goods is highly desirable. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: MBA or advanced degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field. Expertise in indirect categories and global procurement strategies. Experience working in regulated environments and with complex supplier bases. Strong financial acumen and proficiency in leveraging digital tools to drive procurement efficiency. Certifications in procurement (e.g., APICS) and a track record of building high-performing teams are a plus.
