Our company is looking for System Administrator candidates for a position based at our Dublin, OH office.
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, intelligent individuals with a “Can Do” attitude that are willing to learn and grow within our company. This position will primarily be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and upgrading Windows desktop and server systems internal to our company.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Manage and Maintain Hybrid Active Directory: Oversee the integration and management of on-premises and Azure Active Directory environments, ensuring seamless user authentication and access control.
•
Entra Administration: Utilize Microsoft Entra to manage identity and access policies, ensuring compliance and security across all platforms.
•
Intune Management: Deploy, configure, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, ensuring that all endpoints are secure and compliant with company policies.
•
System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain optimal operation of Windows servers and services.
•
User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to Windows operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
•
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes. Generate reports on system performance and user access.
•
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
•
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•
Experience:
o
Proven experience as a Windows Administrator or similar role.
o
Strong knowledge of hybrid Active Directory environments.
o
Experience with Microsoft Entra and Intune.
o
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
Skills:
o
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
•
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
•
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
•
Experience with Ansible automation, or similar.
