Key Responsibilities:

Offer comprehensive support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, ensuring system proficiency and continuous guidance for users and administrators

Manage Oracle EPM Cloud infrastructure, including script management, system maintenance, and software testing

Perform Oracle EPM Cloud Functional Support duties, such as reviewing updates, managing action items, and maintaining app performance

Provide ongoing support by assisting with queries, training, and forecast updates

Handle ad-hoc enhancements and changes, including the creation of new reports, rollups, data mappings, and integration of Oracle's monthly updates

Evaluate and implement additional enhancements for EPM modules on a case-by-case basis, introducing new functionalities and improvements
