Essential qualifications include:Proven administrative leadership experience in budget management, strategic planning, and personnel management.Experience in fostering inclusive excellence and enhancing research initiatives.A strong background in successful fundraising efforts.The Dean will also promote a culture that supports underrepresented students and strives for the college to be a leader in allied health education.
