Applicants for the Dean position at the company's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, with a strong record of scholarly achievement and teaching. The ideal candidate will have experience in academic administration, a proven ability to lead and inspire faculty and staff, and a commitment to the mission and values of the college. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills are essential.
