Our cutting-edge Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) system provides clients with the latest technology to meet their workforce needs.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an additional iSolved Payroll Implementation Specialist. The role could thrive at any of our offices, so with locations in Springfield and Kansas City, Missouri, and Bentonville and Little Rock, Arkansas, we can work with you where you are.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives when responsible for project management for new clients during the client onboarding and implementation process. The role administers the needs assessment/analysis (statement of work for payroll and human resources), data collection, configuration of the payroll and human resources systems, testing, training, and processing of the first few payrolls for the client, in close coordination with the client and other departments within the organization as necessary. The ideal candidate will have technical aptitude, familiarity with payroll and HR terminology, and proficiency in using HRIS/HCM systems. This position provides a positive experience and high-quality service to new clients while they go through the implementation process, knowing that this first impression can set the tone for their entire interaction with TPC.
