As an isolved Implementation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in launching successful implementations under the guidance of our Director of Client Experience. You'll be responsible for the successful conversion of clients onto the isolved HCM platform by working with leadership and the client to ensure a smooth transition from their previous HCM or payroll platform. Your expertise in isolved Payroll and Human Capital Management, coupled with your knack for managing systems will make you a vital part of our success.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and complete isolved implementationsUpdate and maintain project management systems and proceduresManage submissions with 3rd Party VendorsEnsure timely and accurate delivery of implementation tasksWhat We're Looking For:
Meticulous attention to detailProficient in managing multiple simultaneous projectsExcellent analytical and time management skillsAbility to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environmentIndustry certifications - FPC/CPP/PHR (highly desirable)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOver one year of customer service experienceExperience Implementing iSolved Products
This is a remote position that requires an independent individual with high-level of accountability to work under minimum supervision
