New York City NY or Waltham MA | HybridGet To Know The Team:Your primary responsibility will be to manage the contracting process directly with clients within a fast-paced SaaS sales environment. This role reports to the Senior Counsel in the London office. An integral part of the Intralinks Legal Team, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills acting as an enthusiastic and effective liaison between Intralinks’s business units and our internal and external clients. The primary responsibilities would include drafting and negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors and other strategic relationships, including services agreements, SaaS Agreements, software license agreements, non-disclosure and/or data privacy agreements (including BAAs) and other transactional agreements.Manage executed agreements to control costs/increase revenue, ensure compliance, and maintain service levels.Assisting with time sensitive internal projects to advance and supplement the needs of business.Developing collaborative relationships – this position works across the region and the organization; people must feel they are being fairly considered and prioritized.What You Will Bring:J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.2-3 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex B2B SaaS contracts.2-3 years of experience in commercial contract negotiation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to collaborate across multiple jurisdictions and engage with stakeholders at all levels, including staff and management.Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving system and process issues.Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Experience in data protection and data privacy law is a plus.Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
