We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team at RestoPros of Tulsa and build our referral network and work leads through the sales process. In this role, you will find and create new referral relationships, cultivate current referral relationships, and work with homeowners through the sales process. Communication is critical to success in this role communicating with referral sources, company owners, homeowners, and the production team. You will plan and attend fun outings like Golf, Bowling, meet and greets, breakfasts and lunches with our referral sources.Are you a persistent person who will not take No for an answer? Then were on the edge of our seat waiting for you to join our team!ResponsibilitiesDevelop rapport and build relationships with existing and new referral sourcesBuild sales routes throughout the territory and travel to meet with potential and existing referral sources across the Tulsa metro areaWork with homeowners through the sales processMeet or exceed designated development targetsCreate and implement effective development strategiesBuild and execute marketing plansKeep track of all client progress through our client relationship management (CRM) programExpand the territory over time and recruit additional talent to the teamQualifications3 - 5 years experience in sales or business development.
