GENERAL SCOPE The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales opportunities within a defined Territory, joint Business Development and support with selected Distributors for Hospitality, Ware Washing and Laundry Customers and Management and development of specified Key Accounts or Customers. This position is a key sales development position focusing on the hospitality Sector and defined Machine Ware Washing Housekeeping and On-Premise Laundry opportunities. Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with regional Management Groups and Large Local Accounts. Meet with large customers and key decision-makers to discuss business opportunities and solutions; prepare detailed visit reports summarizing discussions, actions, and follow-up items. Oversee the implementation of Key International Contracts and Franchise networks. Engage with high-level decision-makers at customer headquarters and regional/local operational management. Ensure successful account setup, including training, demand planning, and ongoing customer relationship management. Create and execute Joint Business Plans with customers and prospects to deliver added value and identify opportunities for innovation and customer solutions. Coordinate with North American Cross-Functional Management and Global & Regional Account Management teams. Manage an active Business Development Sales Funnel using the Salesforce system to track and drive sales progress. We understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
