Job Summary Organize, write, edit, and publish a variety of maintenance documentation which can include but are not limited to Service Bulletins (hardware/software), Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Part Catalogs, and Wiring Diagram Manuals. Manage multiple documents in S1000D and iSpec2200 and work with stakeholders inside and outside the Technical Publications department to ensure successful document deployment. Coordinate the review and release of publication products with customers and other organizations and classify and track discrepancies noted through the review process. Ensure the technical accuracy, adequacy, and quality of publications using our processes. Coordinate the review and release of publication products with customers and other organizations. Required Skills & Experience Job Qualifications 5 years of experience creating user maintenance documents. Experience with Corel Draw and/or Adobe Illustrator. Experience creating documents in S1000D XML format. Advanced experience with Structured FrameMaker or Arbotext. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Preferred Qualifications Experience creating user manual documentation in Windchill Experience with a document management system like Agile.
