Hire Type : Direct Hire

Base Salary : $120k - $130k (based on experience)

*Position also includes bonus

Job Summary:

The Quality Manager and be a key leader in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards for safety, environmental compliance, and product quality. In this role, you'll not only shape a culture of excellence but also lead a talented QEHS team, driving improvements that enhance employee safety, product reliability, and operational performance.

Job Duties:Coach, mentor, and develop the quality team, fostering growth and continuous learning.Champion and enhance our safety culture, implementing processes that protect and empower employees.Oversee the Quality & Environmental Management Systems and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance and achieving ambitious goals.Monitor, analyze, and improve site performance using structured problem-solving methods.Provide input on strategic priorities, keeping our quality initiatives aligned with business objectives.Support the launch of new products and processes, ensuring performance and manufacturability.Lead the calibration program and oversee the quality lab and CMM operations.Maintain quality documentation to meet customer and governmental requirements.Track, document, and resolve EHS incidents to prevent recurrenceQualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or related engineering field (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Preferred)Minimum 5 years of cross functional experience in Quality Assurance and Operations in a high precision manufacturing setting.Must have solid understand of QMS Processes and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and 45001.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
