We are looking for a team-oriented, highly organized, and proactive individual to provide a full range of administrative support to the Sales team. This individual will report to the Account Team Leader. For this role, the individual will work from an Iberia Food office location. Sales Support Specialist at Iberia Food work directly with Account Management and Field Sales. This role also collaborates with other functional teams including Pricing, Customer Service, Master Data and Marketing to achieve business results. Here, you'll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In this role, you'll help us deliver better service for millions of people around the USA. It starts with YOU.
In this role, you will:Update/modify pricing contracts.Create Accounts, modify contacts, submit quality complaints, and enter work orders in AFS.Order/track samples and literature.Prepare and submit creative marketing requests.Run Business Intelligence reports.Prepare contact lists for new business campaigns.Will be required to contribute to projects and activities outside of standard work to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives and professional development.Will be required to flow to work to support team priorities and team members vacations.The successful candidate will join the Iberia Foods Account Team and report to the Account Team Leader.Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 3 years' experience or equivalent relevant education and experienceProficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with customer portals - Target, Publix, Kehe, Food Lion, Retail-Link, Range MeStrong organizational and time management skills to handle functional workload and multiple priorities.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and oral communication skills , bilingual english/spanish a plusWilling and comfortable participating in Video calls with team and Sales.Ability to act independently, organize workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures, and adapt to change.Ability and willingness to work overtime on an occasional basis to meet workload demands.Ability to build sustainable relationships (internal and external).Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role's country only. Iberia Food will not provide relocation support for this role.
