Cloud Solutions Engineer III

Job Title: Cloud Solutions Engineer III Location: Centennial, CO (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

Deliver administration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the shared cloud environment Build, configure, tune, and implement automation for cloud lifecycle and operational improvement Support the web interface used by customers to access their cloud environment Responsible for evaluation, development, implementation, optimization, performance, and configuration of customer cloud environments Establish and maintain proficiency on emerging technologies through self-study and on-the-job training Escalate issues and defects as necessary Work directly with escalation teams (development, network, or engineering) until incidents are fully resolved Provide routine communication with customers on progress, status, and root cause Support customers with

DNS, IP, and firewall issues regarding Cloud environment Collaborate with architects to reproduce and resolve customer issues Knowledge of industry standards and standards organizations

(e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, PMP) Transcribe customer calls and support the team in building models using transcript data. Assist in setting up resources within the Azure AI environment and act as the SME. Ensure secure configurations when creating resources in Azure. Perform tasks similar to NetOps, including some deployments as part of an AI team. Work with tools such as

Data Bricks, Azure Fabric, and Azure AI Studio . Run provided code for tasks. Skills and Knowledge

Strong understanding of all

virtualization

types OS and database administration Solid networking experience and

troubleshooting UNIX systems and automation Expertise in the design and operation of

medium to large-scale enterprise or cloud infrastructure, databases, and application systems Passion for

cloud software, tooling, and automation; comfort with command-line tools and scripting Understanding of design principles around networking, storage, and servers Experience working with integration scripting technologies Good

understanding of API and tools Experience

5-10 years of relevant experience MUST HAVES :

Azure SME Python, PySpark, SQL AI model deployment (speech to transcription) Role focus : Deploying AI models in the

Azure cloud environment . Network security experience required :

V-nets and sub-nets Understanding

private vs. public IPs

for handling sensitive data.
