Your role at BHSN:

As a Crisis Administrative Assistant at BHSN, you will assist in completing administrative, clerical, organizational and customer-service related tasks with a focus on promoting efficiencies and maximizing billing compliance.

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm

Manages and actively fills schedules of all staff on the Crisis TeamAssists with compliance task to help ensure proper billing compliance within clinic chartsDaily monitoring of Crisis Residence BillingAssist Crisis Residence and Mobile Crisis Team in collaboration with community stakeholders and treatment teamsAssist with Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports for program, agency, community, and federal requirementsYour skills and qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong organization and communication skillsMust be able to multi-task and be detail orientedFamiliarity with medical terminology preferredHealthcare and Customer service experience a plus
