About the role
Learning Pool is looking for an experienced Head of Product Marketing & Sales Enablement to lead our product marketing and sales enablement efforts on a global scale. This role is critical in driving the growth of Learning Pool's solutions by shaping compelling product marketing strategies, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and empowering our global sales teams with the tools, content, and training needed to deliver exceptional results.
As a leader, you will influence our go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams, and overseeing the development of targeted messaging and positioning that resonates with diverse buyer personas. This is a strategic role that requires deep experience in SaaS product marketing, a strong understanding of the education and executive learning technology landscape, and a proven ability to drive sales enablement for complex, global sales organizations.
Location: Flexible within the USA (Central/Eastern timezones). Candidates must have eligibility to work without the requirement of visa sponsorship by Learning Pool.

What you will be doing
Roles and responsibilities include:
Development and implementation of global product marketing strategies to ensure product positioning, messaging, and launch success in diverse markets.Leading and developing a high-performing team of product marketers and sales enablement professionals, fostering collaboration across departments and regions.Acting as a key liaison between the product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in go to market strategies and enablement across all use cases and product offerings..Conducting in-depth research on competitors, market trends, and customer needs to inform product positioning and identify new opportunities for differentiation.Crafting clear, compelling product messaging that aligns with the needs of education sector buyers and resonates with varied international markets.Collaboration with demand generation teams to create effective campaigns and content that drive customer engagement and demand for our Learning SaaS solutions.Designing and leading enablement programs to ensure sales teams understand product features, value propositions, and positioning. This will include partnering with product,marketing, and design teams to develop sales enablement materials, including product guides, competitive battle cards, case studies, and demo scripts.Ensuring the sales teams have access to optimized tools, such as CRM systems, sales playbooks, and data insights, to drive efficiency and performance.Establish clear KPIs for sales enablement efforts, analyze metrics, and provide feedback loops to improve enablement strategies continuously.Representing the company as a thought leader in learning technology at industry events, webinars, and conferences, sharing insights on trends and innovations.Who we are looking for
The candidate will demonstrate:
A proven track record: You will have extensive experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or related fields, with considerable experience in senior leadership positions within the SaaS or EdTech industry.Subject Matter expertise: You will have strong knowledge of SaaS business models and the learning technology or EdTech sector, with a deep understanding of the needs of education institutions, corporate training environments, and related stakeholders.Strategic thinking: You will have substantial experience in building strategies and enablement programmes which have driven measurable business results.Communication Skills: You will have the ability to articulate complex ideas in a relatable way, both verbally and in writing, as a confident presenter who can engage across all organisational levels. You will be effective at communicating to global audiences.Analytical capability: You will be proficient in analyzing data to measure performance, inform decision-making, and refine strategies.Delivering with others: You will have experience of dealing with a diverse group of stakeholders at senior levels.Impact & Influence: You will have a proven ability to influence without direct authority, building credibility as an expert and building collaborative relationships in order to achieve strategic goals.Adaptability: You will have experience of working in a dynamic environment where you have been comfortable with change and managing changes with others. You have a positive and agile mindset, asking "What can we do to make this happen?" rather than "I don't know how this would work?"It would be highly advantageous, if you also demonstrate:
Knowledge of learning and compliance technology and related fields such as skills management technologies and Artificial IntelligenceCredibility with compliance practitioners, including senior leadershipKnowledge of the compliance domain through certification such as CCEP.
