is actively seeking a
Board Eligible or Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine Medical Director
to lead and expand our growing team in
Central Pennsylvania . This is a unique opportunity that combines
clinical practice
and
academic leadership , including teaching opportunities within our established
MFM fellowship program . The role involves leadership responsibilities with the potential for
rapid practice growth and development .
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with
Women s Health Service Line leadership
to achieve system-wide goals and initiatives.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to
best practices
in MFM services.
Oversee
quality measures ,
patient experience , and
outcomes
for the MFM program.
Act as a
liaison
between the MFM service and other clinical departments.
Work with
nursing
and other areas of the health system to meet goals and ensure system integration.
Lead efforts to improve
department productivity
and
financial performance .
Provide
academic leadership
in collaboration with the
University of Pittsburgh Department of Maternal Fetal Medicine .
Practice Highlights:Team of
five current MFM physicians
with plans for growth
Three-year MFM fellowship program
offering teaching opportunities and call coverage support.
Full specialty support, including
general OBGYN ,
reproductive medicine ,
uro-gynecology ,
gynecologic oncology , and
women's health programs .Requirements
Board-certified
or
board-eligible
in
Maternal Fetal Medicine .
Experience in
invasive MFM procedures
is required.
Ultrasound experience
is highly recommended.
