Titration is only done by physician's orders in a step-down setting. There may be some protocols that allow for titration, but they would educate on that.Common titratable &/or set rate drips Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, dopamine, Nipride, Ketamine, Lasix, Bumex, InsulinCharge Nurse/House Supervisor Charge Nurse 24/7Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios "Yes - 3 per shiftRatios 1:7-10"RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc.) RT is available 24/7 - States they get "floor Vents" - RN's are not required to have vent experience. When there are floor vents they are usually on a set setting. These are managed by RT & physician. If they require changes they will go back to the ICU.Is there tele on this unit? Monitor techs? RNs read strips? There is tele on this unit - per notes from facility RN's do not have to read strips. RNs document that they have verified monitor tech’s strip reading in Epic.They would allow 3 shifts in a row but this is not a guarantee. Travelers need to be flexible."Weekend Requirement: Weekend day positions: Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Weekend night positions: Friday, Saturday, and Sundays OR Saturday, Sundays, and Mondays. Nights (weekdays): every other weekend or 3 weekend shifts per schedule (weekend shifts = Saturday and Sundays)Holiday Requirement Yes - travelers are expected to work into the holiday rotationIs there a call or standby requirement? UnknownFloating Requirement Possibly to 7E, 7W, 7NE, or 10E first priority.
