Senior Account Manager- Federal Accounts

Halvik is seeking a hands-on leader to join our executive team and lead our Company's growth within our DOT/FAA account. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the account strategy for our DOT account including the FAA. You will continue to develop and grow a very mature book of business at DOT on the modal side, including over 40 contracts and major TOs awarded over the last 7 years and $140M in booked revenue. You will lead efforts to expand our footprint at the FAA, leveraging our recent award as one of 14 primes on the $2.4B ITIPSS IDIQ. We have an excellent reputation at DOT, and the new ITIPSS award presents us tremendous opportunities to grow.
What You Will Do:
Cultivate customer relationships and intimacy to develop further opportunities within the customer community.
Develop Account Strategies and Plans aligned with Halvik's overall strategy to ensure continued growth.
Develop new business opportunities through long term strategic planning, capture planning, and development of proposals.
Manage the DOT/FAA opportunity pipeline against key health metrics to ensure we are set up for continued growth.
Measure and report Account performance against KPIs for revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, capability growth, and talent development.
Deliver presentations to customers, executive management, and other account stakeholders to increase awareness of Halvik capabilities.
Work with Delivery Managers to ensure successful delivery of work within the Account.
Ensure adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards across the account.
What You Need:
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of the Dot/FAA enterprise gained through direct experience supporting them.
10+ years of experience leading high performance federal services contracting teams or as a federal employee.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting the full life cycle of opportunities from capture through final award, including capture planning and execution, proposal development, and bid negotiations, or 5 years direct experience working at FAA in a senior leadership position.
Demonstrated success developing and executing account strategies and tactics to successfully grow an account.
Direct delivery experience, leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all program requirements.
Experience recruiting and hiring technology and management professionals with diverse qualifications.
US Citizen or Permanant Residency required for Public Trust Clearance.
