Major Account Manager

Halvik is seeking an Account Manager to take on growth and delivery responsibilities for a major account. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing Program and Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of contracts directing all phases of programs from inception through completion. You will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of programs and projects within the account and increasing the account base through growth of existing contracts and addition of new contracts and tasks.
What You Will Do:
Cultivate customer relationships and intimacy to develop further opportunities within the customer community.
Develop Account Strategies and Plans aligned with Halvik's overall strategy to ensure continued growth.
Develop new business opportunities through long term strategic planning, capture planning, and development of proposals.
Establish a program organization that effectively addresses customer requirements and incorporates the necessary internal and external sub-organizations.
Measure and report Account performance against KPIs for revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, capability growth, and talent development.
Deliver presentations to customers, executive management, and other account stakeholders to increase awareness of Halvik capabilities.
Work with Delivery Managers to ensure successful delivery of work within the Account.
Ensure adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards across the account.
What You Need:
Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years' or Master's Degree with 10+ years' experience supporting government contracts and customers.
Intimate knowledge of the FAA enterprise gained through direct experience supporting the FAA as either an employee, contractor, or both.
10+ years of experience leading high performance federal services contracting teams. Including 5+ years of experience supporting the full life cycle of opportunities from capture through final award, including capture planning and execution, proposal development, and bid negotiations.
Demonstrated success developing and executing account strategies and tactics to successfully grow an account.
Direct delivery experience, leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all program requirements.
Experience recruiting and hiring technology and management professionals with diverse qualifications.
US Citizen or Permanant Residency required for Public Trust Clearance.
