JOB OVERVIEW

Support the billing operations process including invoicing clients, tracking and collecting payments, and ensuring that all invoices are error-free and paid in full. Update and maintain records and accounts and coordinate with the Finance team to evaluate accounts. Compile information from multiple systems and maintain knowledge of relevant software programs. May assist in month-end closings, reports, and annual financial audits.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESReconcile customer accounts using accounting systems and Excel spreadsheets.Continue to look for ways to improve efficiency of processes and systems regarding cash application and customer service responsibilities.Make customer service calls by executing an active and considerate approach to resolve customer issues as the need arises and per Net Health's credit and collection policies.Performs other duties as required by the department manager.Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Assist in customer collections efforts.Resolve disputed accounts receivable items within limits established per Net Health's credit and collection policies.Communicate with internal departments including Client Services, Sales, Development and Integration, to understand and resolve complex customer billing issues.QUALIFICATIONS

High School Degree or GED Required0-3 years' experience.Prior Billing or Collections experience preferredREQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis using Excel and Word desiredExperience with NetSuite is a huge plus.Experience with ERP systems and understanding of managing and analyzing large amounts of data using Microsoft Excel.
