Associate Director/Director of Clinical Global Supply Chain

This position will oversee and lead all aspects of Adicet's global clinical supply chain and logistics. The successful candidate will have a track record of developing and establishing supply chain business processes that support multiple global clinical programs.

Key responsibilities include:Responsible and accountable for development and implementation of global processes for demand planning, supply planning, and inventory managementResponsible for labeling, distribution, monitoring inventory, supply planning, procurement and logistics activities globally across Contract Manufacturing Organizations, management of drug depots for clinical sites for global clinical trials.Responsible for oversight of all domestic and international shipments to support TechOps and Clinical OperationsProvides oversight and management of secondary packaging and labeling operations at CMOsWorks closely with Technical Operations, Clinical Development, and Clinical Operations teams to understand clinical demand requirements and ensure alignment with study teams to supply plans and timelinesCollaborate with Regulatory and Manufacturing to ensure labeling is compliant for specific regionsRepresent clinical supply in Clinical Operations study execution team meetings and CMC meetingsCollaborates with Clinical Operations to create, review, and modify SOPs and key documents for Clinical Trials supply as well as templates for use during clinical trials (request forms, excursion forms, etc.)Manage and oversee transport, storage, and distribution operations for global study locationsQualifications:

BS with 7+ years clinical supply chain experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industryExperience managing CMO, IRT, clinical distribution vendorsExperience with handling, monitoring, and shipment of cryogenic products requiredExperience with international shipping logistics including generation of pro-forma and commercial invoicesUnderstanding of import/export requirements including incoterms and importer of record rolesIATA training preferredSolid understanding of cGMPs, clinical operations, and development processesDetailed oriented with ability to work in a fast-changing environmentStrong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.Strong collaboration and excellent team skills to be successful in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.
