Job Title: Marketing ManagerJob Duration: 12 Months (High possibility of Conversion & Extension)Job Type: Hybrid (3 Days onsite, 2 days remote) - Thursday is required
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strategic annual marketing plans that translate claims and features into benefits, while maximizing customer response rates and ROIManage, lead and organize multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet desired product goals and timelinesAssist or lead in managing product marketing budgetManage all creative development associated with marketing plans and campaignsCreate dynamic customer targeting and budget channel allocation strategyAssist in defining A/B market and creative testing, and collaborating with market insights on all consumer researchDevelop, track and report out on campaign metrics and analyticsResponsible for all outbound marketing quality assurance procedures to protect customer dataAssist or lead campaign automation strategy for outbound marketing channelsServe as the liaison with regulatory affairs, program management, customer service, corporate communications, legal and other key internal and external stakeholders to build alignment on the marketing communications.Provide support for internal/external challenges and/or regulatory issues; provide advice and technical expertise in marketing execution.Maintain working knowledge of best practices in marketingWould like to add these bullets -Meeting with the creative, marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals.Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.Creating content for a variety of platforms including newsletter, websites, and social media.Manager's Notes:5+ years' experienced person will work
Creative and Web content background
Person will be Managing company newsletter, company website, Running Marketing Campaign, Webpage, Video of product
Person will create 8-to-10-piece content a month will be sole responsible for that.
Some responsibilities with EV programs
Writing skills will be important
Writing portfolio will be a plus
Industry - Good to have Utility industry background but, not required. Banking & Healthcare industries will also work. Any industry with regulated workspace will work.
Team - Product Content and Acquisition team, Business Marketing, Residential Product marketing
2 - manages newsletter, 1 for EV business, 1 does sponsorship and experiential marketing
This person will jump to work with every team
