Handling office tasks, such as filing, updating, and maintaining tracking spreadsheetsProcessing Badges & company newsletterBackup for payroll and related records recording the accumulation and use of vacations, holidays, sick days, and miscellaneous leaves of absenceProcess requests for paycheck terminationsAbility to organize their work by utilizing tools, such as MS Excel and office equipment.Maintains employee confidence by keeping information confidential.Mailing, copying, scanning, binding, etc.Manage office inventory and working with vendors to insure regular supply of office materialsWorking with Uniform vendors and orderingAssist Customer Service Manager with customer complaints.Assist General ManagerAny Other Duties AssignedAdditional Statements:
