Director of Cloud, Infrastructure and Operations
to lead their critical cloud and IT operations team
onsite
in Andover, MA. This role requires a strong leader who can help scale operations to meet the demands of a high-growth business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the 24x7 Service Desk team, ensuring continuous support and response to infrastructure and cloud-related issuesFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the teamProvide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them develop and excel in their rolesOversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and securityManage the company's cloud operations, optimizing performance and cost-efficiencyProactively identify and resolve infrastructure and cloud-related issues to minimize downtime and service disruptionsEnsure a seamless digital experience for both internal and external stakeholders by monitoring and enhancing the performance of digital systems and servicesManage desktop support to meet the needs of the growing workforce, guaranteeing their technological tools are fully functionalLead the procurement process for technology resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely acquisition of necessary hardware and softwareDevelop and implement change control processes to assess, prioritize, and manage modifications to client infrastructure and cloud environmentCollaborate with other departments to align infrastructure and cloud operations with the company's growth objectivesPlan and execute strategies for scaling infrastructure and cloud resources as the business expandsSkills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration)Proven experience in a leadership role within infrastructure and cloud operationsStrong technical background with a deep understanding of cloud technologies, networking, and IT infrastructureExcellent project management and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a plusAbility to work onsite most days to ensure effective collaboration and support for the team
