Join the CompucomStaffing team.Our client has a brand new opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Cloud Infrastructure and Operations to lead their critical cloud and IT operations team onsite in Andover, MA. This role requires a strong leader who can help scale operations to meet the demands of a high-growth business.Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the 24x7 Service Desk team, ensuring continuous support and response to infrastructure and cloud-related issues
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them develop and excel in their roles
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
Manage the companys cloud operations, optimizing performance and cost-efficiency
Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and cloud-related issues to minimize downtime and service disruptions
Ensure a seamless digital experience for both internal and external stakeholders by monitoring and enhancing the performance of digital systems and services
Manage desktop support to meet the needs of the growing workforce, guaranteeing their technological tools are fully functional
Lead the procurement process for technology resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely acquisition of necessary hardware and software
Develop and implement change control processes to assess, prioritize, and manage modifications to client infrastructure and cloud environment
Collaborate with other departments to align infrastructure and cloud operations with the companys growth objectives
Plan and execute strategies for scaling infrastructure and cloud resources as the business expands
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration)
Proven experience in a leadership role within infrastructure and cloud operations
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of cloud technologies, networking, and IT infrastructure
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus
Ability to work onsite most days to ensure effective collaboration and support for the team
