Position / Specialty: CVICU RN-FLEX POOL. Shift:3X12S OR 4X12S NIGHTS 7PM-7AM. Ratios: DAYS 1:2 NIGHTS 1:1. Years of experience REQ:2 years. First-timers accepted:Yes. Weekend REQ:As needed. On-Call REQ:Not Applicable. Blocked Scheduling:No. Locals accepted:Yes. RTO Restrictions:Unit Manager’s approval required. Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment. Special Requirements: *Fresh Open-Heart Experience is REQUIRED. *Must be familiar with all hemodynamic monitoring skills. Ideally IABP and Impella experience. Prismaflex CRRT is a plus. Hospital Highlights. Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care. Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Teaching / Level I trauma. Total Staffed Beds: 268. Scrub Color: RNs can wear any scrub color. Charting: Cerner. Parking Cost: Free Parking. If the nurse has the skill set, they must be okay to float to any of the following units:*Critical Care Units (ICU, STICU & PCU)*MS TELE Units - (Humphrey, 3 North, 3 West, Kendrick & 2 East)*Cardiac Monitoring Room
