Floating Requirements:If the nurse has the skill set, they must be okay to float to any of the following units:*Critical Care Units (ICU, STICU & PCU)• *MS TELE Units - (Humphrey, 3 North, 3 West, Kendrick & 2 East)• *Cardiac Monitoring Room
Blocked Scheduling:NoLocals accepted:YesRTO Restrictions:Unit Manager’s approval requiredGuaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignmentSpecial Requirements:*Fresh Open-Heart Experience is REQUIRED*Must be familiar with all hemodynamic monitoring skills. Ideally IABP and Impella experience. Prismaflex CRRT is a plus.
