Job Title: Logistics Account ManagerJob DescriptionThe Enterprise Account team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with their transportation services. They continue to drive innovation within transportation and logistics. The team is consistently evaluating the current defects within their shipping network and driving improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this role,the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor, verify, and present data dailyOvercome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real timeIdentify transportation defect root causesMaintain daily logs on assigned shippersLead daily business review stand up callsLead weekly calls with assigned shippersSkills & Qualifications
Two years of account management in logistics, supply chain, or a related fieldCustomer service skillsExperience managing disruptions as they occurMicrosoft Excel - entry level knowledgeProblem solving skillsData analyticsExperience writing documents, such as process improvement proposalsEffective communication and organizational skillsWork EnvironmentTraining for this role is two weeks in the office, then a hybrid work schedule of 3 days a week in-office.
The role will be onsite every day starting in January
2025.
