Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our team at a third-party logistics (3PL) company that stores and ships freight for other companies. This role involves managing inventory with a team of four and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing and stock adjustments.
ResponsibilitiesLook up and print orders using a set of item numbers.Run orders through the system and verify inventory in the warehouse.Track down orders to identify and resolve discrepancies.Perform stock and inventory movements and adjustments using a computer.Repeat the process for different items as required.Work independently to account for a set of numbers within a given time frame.Essential Skills

This role is based in an office setting with four other Inventory Specialists. The work involves both office tasks and physical verification of inventory in the warehouse. Communication with customers will primarily be via email.
