Our client in the Managed Print Services industry is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Transition team supporting the Managed Print Deployment project. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced deployment environment, and possess Excel skills capable of creating pivot tables and formulas.
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Boise, ID
Pay Range: $28.89 per hour
What's the Job?
Execute Project Coordination focused execution phase activities such as creating work orders, tech scheduling, asset entitlement and updating, logistics coordination.
Communicate with onsite install techs via phone, text, zoom/teams.
Manage Internal & External stakeholder communication, risk management, cross-team collaboration.
Work remotely as part of a project team while independently executing on their own responsibilities.
Manage customer project delivery, identify and develop new opportunities on current project, and manage client relationships.
What's Needed?
First Level University degree or 3 years of experience in project coordination / project management or in like roles/businesses.
Strong attention to detail.
Excel skills capable of creating pivot tables and formulas.
Preference to individuals with experience deploying tangible assets for their understanding of ordering, configuration, logistics, and site coordination.
Ability to handle most unique situations.
