Our client in the finance industry is seeking a Sr. Finance Project Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Finance Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting the Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and Liquidity teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing finance projects.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Uptown Office)
What's the Job?
Coordinate across Product, business, tech, and partner teams providing visibility into current and planned deliverables, risks, and financial health.
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, own and limit initiative risk mitigation, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area.
Other duties as assigned.
What's Needed?
7+ years Project Management experience working on projects in Capital Markets, Finance, Treasury, Accounting and/or Liquidity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
