Job Summary:
Title: Director, Finance
Location: New York, NY (Fully on-site)
The Role:
Armand de Brignac is seeking a Director of Finance who will report to the CEO. The position is based in the New York City headquarters and will play a critical role in the future growth and success of AdB. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, highly-motivated individual who functions with confidence and expertise in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment. They will help lead and develop the internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning, budgeting and revenue accounting.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full financial planning process for Adb: forecasting, planning and reporting
Responsible for division wide planning and estimate cycles and requires frequent interaction with business leadership teams, controllership group and finance operations
Oversees the preparation of financial analysis and presentations to a wide spectrum of audiences
Oversee all planning and forecasting cycles (Budget, quarterly forecasts, inventory planning and long-range plan)
Interface with outside partners including importers and distributors to ensure efficient and accurate operations
Publish full P&L financial analysis that demonstrates a solid operational understanding of the various business entities including an understanding of business revenue drivers and report on revenue metrics
Analysis and presentation preparation for all Monthly Op Reviews, Budgets, LRPs and other ad hoc meetings
Execute on other ad hoc requests as assigned by the CEO
Qualifications:
Minimum of a B.A., ideally with an MBA/CPA or related degree
At least 7-10 years of overall professional experience; ideally 6+ years of broad financial and operations management experience
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
The ideal candidate has experience of final responsibility for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting and audit coordination for either a division or significant program area
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all employees
Inter-personally effective and assertive
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Must possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Results-Oriented with Strong Sense of Urgency

The expected compensation for this position is:
$190,000 - $230,000 (with a bonus potential of up to 20% )
