Job Title: -- Endpoint Manager
Job Summary: -- The Endpoint Manager is responsible for spearheading the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of EMCOR’s enterprise endpoint solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. The position requires extensive experience in modern management, particularly in Microsoft Intune. This role requires a strong passion for education, exceptional customer service, and innovative problem-solving within EMCOR’s enterprise environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: --
Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise endpoint solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Guide the transition from Entra Hybrid Joined to Intune managed Entra Native join.
Develop IT process guides and user manuals. including video tutorials and PowerPoint presentations.
Document environments, configurations, deployments, and changes within the environment.
Oversee the setup and deployment of key technologies, including Windows Hello for Business.
Automate device deployment and management including Autopilot and Autopatch.
Enforce Microsoft and NIST standards.
Customize setups for specialized use cases for Shared and Kiosk PCs.
Design, configure and deploy Windows 365.
Design future state roadmaps to guide EMCOR through critical technology transitions.
Elevate team expertise by developing best practices, conducting technical training, and nurturing a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in modern management technologies.
Deliver expert-level support, user adoption strategies, and advanced troubleshooting.
Actively participate in conferences, workshops, and training to ensure our practices are in line with industry advancements.
Qualifications: --
Subject matter expert in endpoint management tools and technologies such as Intune
Subject matter expert in operating systems including Windows 11, iOS, MacOS, Android and Linux
Subject matter expert in Apple Business Manager, including Automated Device Enrollment and VPP applications
Advanced knowledge of Android Zero-touch enrollment
Proficiency with scripting languages to automate tasks (i.e., PowerShell, VBScript, Batch Files)
Advanced understanding of endpoint security best practices
Expertise packaging and deploying Win32 Applications via Intune
Advanced problem solving and decision-making abilities
Experience mentoring and leading a team
5-7 years of experience supporting Windows device(s) with Intune
5-7 years of experience with imaging and Windows Autopilot provisioning
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to manage assigned tasks and clearly communicate status information
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with personnel at all levels
Experience with M&A projects strongly preferred
Experience with Tanium strongly preferred
Microsoft certifications preferred
Bachelor degree preferred
