As a Sr. Market Manager - Corn/Wheat you will manage BASF’s corn and wheat crop protection business for our US Agricultural Solutions Business. You will help develop and deliver clear business plans, identify and track business plan metrics, craft scenarios to meet financial objectives, and implement tactics with sales, technical service, customer strategy and senior management.

Serving as the primary marketing contact for regional planning teams on medium-term forecasting, product launch planning, and crop strategies in corn and wheat cropping systems.
Serving as Marketing Lead liaison to key corn and wheat geographies in the Midwest, Plains and Pacific Northwest.
Leading strategic marketing and customer experience input in the sales planning process.
Elevating the development, coaching and recruiting activities within US Ag Solutions Marketing.
If you...
Have a Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline; MBA/MS preferred.
Have 10 years in B2B sales, marketing, and/or customer experience teams in agriculture inputs.
Possess experience in project and personnel management.
Have extensive interpersonal and cross-group/function collaboration skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly in PowerPoint and Excel).
Willingness to live in or relocate to the Research Triangle Park, NC area
Are able to travel overnight up to 25%.
