Job Description
We are in search of a Product Owner/Manager to join an up and coming brokerage/trading team to support the Order Management workstream of the product. He or she should have a domain expertise and in order management systems, regulatory reporting and have a good understanding of trade life cycle. This role does require some level of understanding of API and technical design but it primarily focused on working with OMS business stakeholders to help design and develop functional and technical requirements. This individual will spent a lot of time understanding current functionality and researching new business functionality and ways to implement advancements. He or she will be working closely with Legal and Compliance
Compensation: $60-70/HR
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, SA or BSA
Expertise/Domain experience within OMS or Regulatory Reporting
Understanding of financial markets, brokerage, fixed income, etc.
Ability to do business research and create functional and technical specifications - Experience with technical API design null
