About the Role:As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our company, interacting with patients and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:Phlebotomy:
Accurately and efficiently draw blood samples from patients of all ages.Patient Interaction:
Build rapport with patients, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.Specimen Processing:
Prepare and process blood samples for laboratory testing.Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records and documentation.Compliance:
Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.What You'll Need:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients.Certification:
Phlebotomy certification preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Education:
