About the Role:

As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our company, interacting with patients seeking routine health checks or life-changing medical insights. Your primary responsibilities will include:Accurate Blood Draws:

Skillfully collect high-quality blood samples, ensuring patient comfort and safety.Process Excellence:

Prepare specimens for laboratory testing, adhering to strict protocols.Exceptional Customer Service:

Build rapport with patients, explaining procedures clearly and compassionately.Teamwork:

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver efficient and effective patient care.What You'll Need:

Proven Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.Certification:

Phlebotomy certification preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.Education:

High school diploma or equivalent, with medical assistant or paramedic training a plus.Strong Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse patient populations.Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely processing of samples.Adaptability:

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.Reliable Transportation:
