Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Regulated Claims Settlement Coordinator to site remotely. The role involves preparing and presenting the companys response packages for cases submitted for arbitrations at both the state and federal levels under the NSA. It includes providing input and guidance on the selection process for certified arbitration entities under the NSA. Additionally, the role requires creating a scalable IDR defense package through improved automation in the creation and compilation of the necessary data elements. Ensuring that Claims Settlement processes deliver the required information for arbitration reviews and position the company for optimal success is crucial. The coordinator provides monthly performance reporting to departmental leadership and confirms that all documentation adheres to company standards regarding privacy, compliance, legal aspects, and HIPAA standards. They also ensure all cases remain compliant with required timelines for responses and required company input. Lastly, the role includes performing other related responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Requirements
- 3 years of experience in healthcare claims
- Microsoft Office Suite- PowerPoint, word, outlook, excel
- Willing to learn federal arbitration - Federal Arbitration experience- highly preferred for this role
- OnBase software null
