The Global Media Sales organizations empower direct advertisers as well as networked and independent agencies of all sizes around the world to reach their maximum potential through paid Search/Non-Search advertising. We are seeking an Account Manager to maximize Search/Non-Search advertising investment on the Microsoft Advertising platform.

Responsibilities

Grow our revenue within Agencies investment budgets leveraging data-driven marketing strategies and fostering strategic partnerships.

In partnership with Agency Directors, identify, create, and implement client initiatives and solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners.

Support the Agency Director with driving scaled programs and foster intentional conversation around commercial deals and joint accountability.

Partner with Agency Director to develop Incentive deals inclusive of O&O in collaboration with deal desk and other internal partners. Define objectives, targets, execution, measurement and reporting for deals (to the extent possible without systems being fully integrated).

Collaborate with internal Display/Native and Gaming teams to drive agency adoption, including relationship-building beyond existing Search partnerships and into Native/ Display/ Video/ Programmatic buying teams.

Execute agency-wide, scaled initiatives including sales contests, training, certification, and marketing events within partnership frameworks.

Partner with other functional teams (Marketing, Analytics & Insights, Technical Account Management, Field Sales Excellence, Operations, Global Partner Service) to ensure full leverage of available resources/ budgets/ tools etc. to drive partnership value for Holding Company and Independent Agencies within the customer book.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

6+ years relevant work experience (e.g. Sales, Advertising or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)

o OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 4+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)

o OR Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 2+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)

o OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

8+ years relevant work experience (e.g. Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)

o OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 5+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)

o OR Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 4+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising)

o OR equivalent experience.

3+ years’ experience in digital media sales, account management or client service roles, with a focus on agencies.

Proven track record in nurturing trusted relationships with agency decision makers; possessing a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, executive maturity, integrity and accountability.

Organizational agility to work across functions, markets and segments; and driving scaled programs.

Quantitative and analytical skills using PowerBI or Excel, with the ability to link data to insights and actions.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, projects and deadlines.

Advertising Client Success IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.
