We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and skilled Project Architect to join our team in the engineering industry. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee architectural projects from conception to completionWork closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelinesPrepare and present project proposals, designs, and reports to clients and stakeholdersConduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction work is progressing according to plans and specificationsReview and approve construction documents, drawings, and specificationsCoordinate with other design professionals, such as structural engineers and MEP engineers, to ensure that all aspects of the project are integrated and coordinatedUse Revit and AutoCAD to develop and produce architectural drawings and modelsEnsure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulationsMentor and train junior staff membersQualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureRegistered and licensed Architect2+ years of experience as a Project Architect or Staff ArchitectProficient in Revit and AutoCADFamiliarity with AIA contract documents and project delivery methodsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of building codes, standards, and regulationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience in the engineering industry is a plus
